The second is an HP with Windows 10 (upgraded from 8.1), Yet with 2 times the RAM, it has lots of problems running mid-heavy apps. While RAM IS important, a device is a big recipe. See the RAM as a plate for your cake (device). You can either have a big plate, or compensate somewhere else. This is the key. Tizen is extremely lightweight (so it takes less space in your plate, got it?). Modern devices barely needs 4-5-6+ GB of RAM, yet 3 GB is far enough (except if you have an huge tablet with quad-multi-window)
